Karinca Filtre Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited was established in 1994 and is Turkey's leading manufacturer of non woven filter media in rolls or as finished filter bags for all types of dry & wet applications.

Our production & stitching facility is located in Silivri since 1998 which is about 60 km from Istanbul on the north-western shores of Marmara Sea with easy access to motorway networks and Istanbul Ataturk International Airport. The factory laid on 6500 square meters of covered space on an area of 28 000 square meters
Karinca Filtre's production line is fully automated with computer control and is operated by our trained technicians.
A) Our departments
1 Weaving Department :
We are producing, in our modern warping and weaving facilities, a complete range of cloths for dry filtration and for wet filtration, Air Slide Canvas, Scrims for our Needle Felts, etc. We can supply cloths in Cotton, Polyester, Acrylic, Polypropylene, Nomex, Rayton, Kermel and Poliimid.
2 Needling Department:
2a. Filtration Products:
We are producing Needle felts from 0,7-2.5 dtex and 300 to 650 gr/m2 in Polyester, Acrylic, Polypropylene, Nomex, Kermel,Meta-Aramid and Poliimid.
Production Capacity :5250 m2/day
2b.Tecnical Textiles:
Endless and other technical application Needle felts Available ; weight 300-8000 gr/m2 and thickness 1-45 mm
Production Capacity : 2 tons/day
3 Finishing Department
We are offering wide range of surface and protective finishes ; singing ,calendering , water and oil treatment, thermo fixing, flame retardant, polyurethane and PTFE coating.
4 Cutting and Sewing Department
We are using a cutting age laser system in our cutting department. We are able to produce any size of filter bags in our sewing line. Our capacity is 2000 bags/day based on Ø 160 X 3600 mm bag size.
